Ingredients

Chickpeas - I recommend soaking them for a few hours before to make them easier to digest!

Olive oil

Tahini

Salt & pepper

Lemon

Chilli powder (optional)

Garlic (optional)

Parsley to sprinkle (optional)

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a blender. Tada! You´ve got hummus!
