There is nothing like one on one communication to get things done and to keep you motivated. I know first hand how difficult it can be to figure out a healthy way of eating and an exercise routine that works for you, hence why I´m dedicated to making it a lot easier for you.

I will help you set up actionable steps that fit in with your specific needs and keep you accountable for sticking with them.

I will help you deal with any mind blocks or lingering baggage (we all have them) and keep you motivated & moving forward no matter what. 

Our bodies are all very different and depending on where you´re at in your journey, your needs will vary.

This is why I want to be able to offer you a program that addresses your specific needs.

Everything is customisable from the length of the program to its content & the frequency of our interactions.

Maybe you just need a little guidance on how to get started and someone to keep you accountable for sticking to the plan?

Or maybe you need me to physically show up and help you take charge of your life by putting in place a healthier diet,  a good fitness regime & healthier habits that fit into your life and that suit your specific needs? 

Both are doable as well as anything in between.

The length of the program and the frequency of our interactions will determine the cost.
